We understand that unforseen circumstances can occur and you may have to reschedule or cancel your event.
RESCHEDULE: Events can be rescheduled one time. A 10% fee of the total cost of your cake/event will be added to your invoice. Anytime an event is rescheduled to a new date, we have to consider the events that have taken priority prior to your reschedule. Your addition may require us to enlist the help of additional staff and vendors for the increased volume. We do not apply a penalty for rescheduling due to inclement weather.
CANCELLATIONS: Should you decide to cancel your event., no cash refunds will be issued. However, we will place a 50% credit on your account to use towards a future purchase. When an order is placed, we have to consider the purchase for materials and/or ingredients. In most cases, we cannot obtain refunds for items already purchased. In addition, we have to consider any business that was lost because your event was secured on the calendar.
REFUNDS: In the event that you are not satisfied with your cake, you have the option not to take delivery on it. Should you not take delivery, a full refund will be issued. We will not issue refunds for any cakes that have been used for the event, partially eaten, thrown away or altered in any way. Upon delivery and pick up of the cake, we conduict a quality control check and the client will sign a receipt of satisfaction.
